Hi,

My uncle lives in Canada, he has never been married and has no children. His blood sister (my aunt) also loves in Canada, she has one child.
Is it possible for him to sponsor me to come to Canada? The wording seems a little complicated, because when it talks about relatives living in Canada already, it gives the list but no sibling is mentioned.

Many thanks, Josh

Unfortunately, no he can’t as his sister lives in Canada. He isn’t considered a lonely Canadian.

As said above, his sister lives in Canada, so no. He doesn't fit the definition of being alone in Canada.

You will need to qualify on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
