Hi guys,
Can some one reply on the is.

My medical request,RPRF ,PCC request& passport Bio page came on 21st oct-2014 .Medicals were done and uploaded and CIC website also shows medicals recieved.
my all docs received on 10th Nov-2014 by LVO.Any idea when will they ask for Passports.Does it take long time.
please advise.

when u went for medical exam and after how many days ur medical received status was updated

My medicals were uploaded within 3-4 days after i did the medical.The hospital staff called me informing they have uploaded and i think after around 1 week on ecas i saw medicals received.
hope its clear.

U should keep an eye - website should soon add another line; "Decision made, one of our officers will contact you soon with regards to this decision". (if you submitted pp copies along with updated info chart and RPRF).
After it the stage of original passport submission will come.

Well brother i think your file will be under background checks, bc in april they replied under review and now in november the same, so i dont think that file be waiting for review by visa officer for such a long time.
and i think they pick some files for detail background checks as look the case with you,joe83,luqi and myself, bc we see many applicants from pakistan in 2014 got MR so how is it possible that thr background checks done so quickly and we waiting for so long.

IOM office sends recommendations on line to Delhi (after their satisfaction, which takes a week or so), then Delhi doctors evaluate. Once they forward to VO, they take a week to update recieving of emdicals, provided being positive.

Yes bro. It's one year from medical report uploading date. Or passport expiry date whichever is earlier.
Applicants who did medical long time ago, they will not get visa for a full year. For example if someone did Medicals 4 months ago, s/he will get visa for 8 months max.

And of course visa validity dates are printed on the visa and copr. You don't have to calculate yourself.

Hi bro
Sometimes ECAS takes few days to show the 2nd line. My 2nd line came after 5 days of the date I received MR+RPRF.
Check it during the coming few days and you will see the 2nd line.

Once u do the Medicals and 3rd line appears in ecas. You will be only few days away from PPR2.

In April, they mentioned...it is awaiting officer review, & in this email, they have mentioned remianed under review (probably application is in process of reviewing).

Asking for passport copies and info chart is actually kind of PPR1, which is to expedite your case and once your medical and RPRF and document submission is done, it will be too quick to get passport request (within a month or so)
Dont be worry , and infact enjoy it as you are lucky and almost at verge of finalizing your application.
I dont see any chances of rejection at this stage, be optimistic & forget about ecas.....As long as you are receiving regular updates from visa office, irrespective of ecas status.
