Question for Qatar based applicants: How long does VFS take to provide the stamped passport and landing papers?

Thought Id mention here. My wife received her Passport request last monday (29-April). The timeline is as follows:

1. Application Received = May 24th, 2018
2. Acknowledgement of Receipt email: 28th June, 2018
3. Linked to GCKey Online: June 29th, 2018
4. Medical request: 6th July, 2018
5. Spouse Eligibility Approval Letter email: 6th July, 2018
6. Decision made for Sponsor on ECAS: 6th July, 2018
7. Medical Submitted: 11th July, 2018
8. Medical Passed on GCKey: 12th July, 2018
9. Letter - File Transferred to Local Visa Office in London: Dated 20th July, 2018, but received it in mail 26th July, 2018
10. Applicant's ECAS update: started processing application - 1st August, 2018
11. Background Check status changed to "Processing" on GCKey - 25th April, 2019.
12. Pre-arrival Services email on GCKey - 26th April, 2019.
13. Decision Made for Principal Applicant on ECAS - 26th April, 2019.
14. Passport Request on GCKey - 29th April, 2019
15. Passport Submitted to VFS Global Doha Office - 2nd May, 2019

Application received 13th May , MD done bio done file transferred to Lindon office on 17th of October, my husband submit the CSQ on 1st Nov after that nothing!
