HiRafzy-If i work in ireland on a work permit,basically from india and get the ppr request while staying there,then can i ask the cic to do it from Ireland CHC and not NDVO.i think for ireland it is LVO.So in tht case what is best way to send the passport for stamping

You dont have to tell this to cic... Your residence country lvo is basically your vo and when you get ppr, it will be mentioned that you contact your lvo and not ndvo.

What i mean to say is that i have applied for PR from India.that is NDVO.Now in March i am going to ireland towork on a work permit,now ssupposemy ppr comesby say july and i want to get it stamped.My entire processing being done at ndvo will be asked to submit it it india.But then i will not be in india,so do i request cic to change my ppr request office to lvo and also is it safe to send passport to lvo via the postal route as it will take some days to get it stamped.

Actually if you move to Ireland before getting PPR then you MUST update your personal information. In this case address, phone number, etc through a Case Specific Enquiry (known as CSE, see link below*) or through MyCIC; I am not sure which one. This way CIC will understand that you moved houses and will update your visa office location.

When you send your passport I'd highly recommend sending it by a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or equivalent, I think it costs about £6.45 for a next day delivery. It's safe and as the names suggested it is guaranteed. I am note sure if there is a Royal Mail service in Ireland but I am sure a similar service exists.

Also, did you pay rprf upfront or did you make this payment later ?

Also, for additional documents request from cic, did the status of additional submitted documents change from Provided to Received ?

all checks were done by LVO on 8th Oct (As per my GCMS notes).
