Did your A11.2 and Eligibility checks passed at CIO or at LVO ?

Also, can you tell me that LVO did which checks on your app ?

Im asking because my BKG also changed to In Progress on Dec 16 and till today, I havent heard back anything from LVO on my app.

Dear All,

Any express entry candidate who had received AOR in last 100 days, received PPR (from LVO).

My guess is that LVO is also acting very slow.

Earlier LVO was issuing PPR within 2 months but now people with Sept AOR onward are waiting.

Please share your thoughts ?

Myself crossed 110 days (PNP nominated, EE Candidate).

Yes. Another LVO applicant with Nov 16 AOR got PPR on Dec 21. His name is shariq

Yes A11.2 and Eligibility check happens at CIO and then verified at local visa office. In fact as per notes multiple officer checked the file at CIO and then transferred to LVO.

If you are from pak then your VO might be London and yes, i agree that LVO is sleeping cause they are absolutely not replying

Medical and 11.2 will be done at CIO not Local visa office.

Usually file transferred to local visa office after 2-4 weeks of time (After all basic checks)

In my PPR email, it states that I need to physically mail my photos, but that I should upload the copies of my passport and my PPR email to My CIC.

However, I cannot see where to do this and My CIC has not updated. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

i am from Egypt but working in UAE
On 5th Jan, i got some new updates which was my background check changed from not needed to not started and no additional documents needed but still my medical showing not needed at this time !!! i don't know why.. is that normal or what??

Yes.

Your medicals will only change to Passed only when medical board of CIC will declare your report Fit under section A(38) of IRCC.

No. They do not ask for your UK visa.

LVO will ask you to submit passport to your nearest CHC in your country through VFS

exactly but UK applicants are mostly processed at LVO !

HiRafzy-If i work in ireland on a work permit,basically from india and get the ppr request while staying there,then can i ask the cic to do it from Ireland CHC and not NDVO.i think for ireland it is LVO.So in tht case what is best way to send the passport for stamping
