So does this mean my Eligibility is over. or it can be confirmed only once i receive my notes .
Well, this background check only starts once the eligibility is passed definitively.
However, if out of curiosity or skepticism, you would like to ascertain yourself about your status of both eligibility and security, you could order both GCMS and CBSA.
