Hi:
My visa office is London....and I am preparing my supporting documents to send it to London when it will be requested..

U will find two documents:
1.Immigrant Summary and Supplementary Information
2.Personal Net Worth Statement
Must I send them with my requested documents to CHC????
What about the second document #2 above???? Could u explain it to me plz????

The personal Net worth statement is self explanatory.
Download and read it. It asks you about your total assets, Money, bonds, including the value of your house etc and the amount you owe. The total amount of your assets minus the amount you owe will be your net worth.

Easy and self explanatory.

I didn't submitted the above said documents.. and it was not included in the checklist too.... may be they will request to send it when they start processing the same..

I did notice these when I submitted my application to London but I did not submit the two documents. They may be part of the old application. You should Email London office about it for peace of mind. re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

I am not 100% sure but I do think this documents would be requested at a later stage by the CIC. I also think this was applicable to applicants under the old rules but may be requested for the new applicants too. I will post the link as soon as I get it.

We have provided both documents when we submitted our documents, month later we got medical request, we did not have to provide any additional docs. You will get a separate letter from London specifying documents they require and they way you should organize all your docs, so you should follow that letter(comes together with documents request).

These forms are not asked by London CHC to everyone. I personally feel that those who got it with their medical requests have a longer background check and request for PPR takes longer time.
