Yes I did get my CAIPS ,and you will be surprised to know that after reading that I came to know that CIC did not grant me any BFD from January 2011(the date on which my meds were evaluated) to July 2011.After meds evaluation I got my first BFD on 11th July and received my PPR on 19th July.So you can clearly interpret that my BFD had a strong coorelation with my PPR.

During this period (Jan to June)I was getting the same response from CHC London that my file was waiting for a review.

Hi All the applicants with new Born Babies who have received Visa,
I have a query.
Does CHC London ask for a fresh passport of the babies at the time of Visa stamping with the reason that their appearance have now changed from the picture on the passport?
I have seen UK Immigration asks for the fresh passport of the babies stating that their appearances have now changed from the photo on the passport.
Have this happened to anyone for Canada PR?
