Thanks FFFF, in shaa alah I will land in Calgary last week of June, I will complete my landing and open a bank account, stay for 2 weeks and then come back to UAE, my plan is to move to Canada in summer 2012 in shaa Alah I also agree with having a thread for people going to land soon...

i can understand this technical error, if it is disappearing it should disappear for all, any ways this month our six months after medical will be completed , i sent them two inquiries this month but no reply , Really this background check sucks....

if thy didnt respond it means there is some movement to ur file in near future. so just wait buddy dont send mails coun't. coz these all are recorded in ur file.if CSU see and development in ur file soon thy dont respond

It is not only background checks, it is a deliberate act by the visa officers. For the post June 2010, they might ge t their visas in 6 to 8 months how long did their background checks took. They think we are fools , we can read and understand also. They are dealing with intellectuals.

They always the process according to the queue , it is a lie. My friend send her application after me and her cause has long been processed. Her NOC was much needed than mine, i belief so.

Well nothing to do but continue waiting.

I just want to know what is happening so that one can plan his life.

If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation in addition to a photocopy of the original document. It seems to me that your background check has completed. Once you submit the additional docs you will receive PPR within few weeks.
