Hii, my situation is I applied my work permit under LMIA in December at that time I was enrolled in college. I have my study permit till August 2020 but right now I am not enrolled in any program. But I have application no.of work permit and approved LMIA. So, Am I able to work on basis of that status?

No, you are not allowed to work at all.
You should have continued your studies. A condition of a study permit is that you be actively pursuing your studies. You are now in violation of that.
