How are you eligible to extend your permit and apply for LMIA from within Canada? Posting under LMIA PR support so did your employer pay the $1k or not (posted your job for at least a month, showed recruiting process for your job and no one had your skills education)?

Yes he paid 1000$ already followed all process. I have lmia number and job offer

Thank you. Processing time just got updated to 97 days instead of 85 days. Besides lots of changes for LMIA, I think there's also a huge backlog right now.

More than likely they are just reviewing the applications more in-depth versus rubber stamping then
