Currently I'm working as web developer in Calgary by the open work permit almost two years. I intend to apply the PR.
Regarding the AOS (Alberta Opportunity Stream), they require applicant obtaining the positive LMIA. I am thinking to proceed the dual LMIA (closed work permit and LMIA to support PR), but I wonder if PR LMIA only is eligible to apply this program?
