Hi ,

I wan't to start a construction business in Alberta.
Will I be able to start the process of obtaining LMIA's immediately ?
Someone told me the company needs to have at least 1 year of activity .
Is that true? I'm not able to find any info about it.

Assuming they are low wage positions, recommend you look through the requirements below:
