LMIA Applied in Ontario under NOC - 2174 ( Computer programmers and interactive media )

a) Applied - 25 September 2018
b) Interview - 23 April 2019
c) ESDC asked for review - 17 May 2019
d) Supporting Documents Submitted on - 24 May 2019

No decision or reply received till today :(

I have seen that since long no one has written APPROVED even in the thread . Is there an whatsapp group where we can discuss updates in real time . I have no idea why there is such an delay , i guess everyone is on halt after interview by ESDC they are not giving any final YES or NO regarding the application approval . This is what i found on website regarding current processing times but i have no idea from where these times start , From submission date or interview date .

Application type Delay
Global Talent Stream 10 business days
Agricultural stream 30 business days
Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program 15 business days
Permanent residence stream 40 business days
In-home caregivers 25 business days
High-wage stream 85 business days
Low-wage stream 120 business days

Ma,am sorry but from now I don't have a money . I the credit card is already invalid, it's already close account from now

Hi everyone, hope your all okay, its been one year since i applied LMIA last 2018 of august, we were thinking of getting an immigration lawyer to process my lmia
My question is that, will my chance of getting the result increase?
Will it lessen our waiting timeline?
Did anyone from you here also had a lawyer who processed your lmia?
Thank you.

Hi
I applied for LMIA in July 2018 and my employer received the call by April 2019 but still not got approval yet. And now company has under compliance.

Can anyone advice how much time compliance takes as I’m on visitor visa and took already 2 extension. I can stay in Canada only till Dec 2019.

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has applied for LMIA as an owner operator? This doesn't required Job posting and interview with employer (since you are the employer), so the entire process from submission is suppose to be 2 to 4 weeks.

I am submitting my application next week and just curious of anyone has experience with this?

I would prepare yourself for the possibility you may be waiting 2-4 months rather than 2-4 weeks. We see lots of people here who qualify for short processing times (e.g. 10 days) - but still end up waiting 4 months for an answer. The 2-4 week time frame is still possible - but very far from guaranteed. Set your expectations low and hope you are pleasantly surprised.
