Well I don’t know what s going on, I heard that they are behind as they changed to a new system but this is too long for the new system. I don’t know what to do to help my friend, should I call and ask for any updates?

Visa expired Oct 12th, 2018.
No news....I think is high wave cause is higher than $21.00. Lawyers of the company just say to have patience.
The waiting is killing me....

That is right, we applied to the extention two days before the expiring visa and work permit...
Did you already receive your LMIA? If yes, when as I applied same to you in Ontario.

Don't worry, we're in the same boat. We have also applyed it from Calgary. Actually, the employer has applied on late July and still waiting for call. However, patience is a virtue in this situation.

You cannot check anything. Only your employer can contact the department.
I applied ( my employer) under noc 6211 for PR LMIA on 20th August from Edmonton, so what should be normal processing time?
