My employer called SC yesterday and they said the result will possibly come out until the end of december before holidays, my question is it usually accurate what the SC employees say?

My employer sent in the application on 28 september and the NOC is 9619

Just give you guys an update
My LMIA for PR application was approved last Thursday, and we just received the official approval letter yesterday.
Timeline: File sent August 22nd, St John office
No file number received at all.
November 16th phone interview, ask for additional financial statements.
Approved next day after interview.
Received official letter on November 24th.

All the best to whom are still waiting, never lose hope.

I think its good. So your application is in process. Good luck. Hopefully she was satisfied with rest of the documents and needed them. In my opinion this is a good sign. When did you submitted your application?

Well considering my case and others recently posted here, it looks like the processing time for Skilled Workers who submitted their applications to St John it's been about 90 days... I'll post when mine gets processed... Hopefully with a positive outcome! ;D

Hey guys,

I'm in Canada on a Post-grad work permit that expires towards the end of December and I'm obviously trying to stay. My employer is applying for an LMIA in about a week or so, just finalizing the application now, and by mid-December I'll have entered my name into the Express Entry pool (waiting to do the English test and get the results, even though it's been my first language for 25 years.

cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/work/low-skill.asp - here it says you can apply for a work permit extension as you are awaiting the news on your LMIA. Even if this application doesn't get accepted, I plan to use it as a stalling tactic to allow me to continue working until I either a) get a positive LMIA, or b) get an ITA for PR. As a UK citizen who last entered Canada late September, I have legal status until end of March, by which time hopefully one of these avenues will have worked out.

Any ideas, tips, hints, do's or don'ts? I know it's a general question, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I applied to get LMIA for NOC 1122 from Vancouver Service Canada and get file number at 20th June . long time waiting :'(

Still nothing....we send 2 days now the additional documents....but no phone call.
I don't know why the are doing like this....it's so stupid
