Oh no! That's second rejection this week on here :-(. I can only imagine how guttered you feel.

My application was submitted on Dec-16. I still have not recived file no, however my agent told me that on Jan-20 they were checking on the number of workers in my place and my boss had to sign some papers...
Im so confused and tired

So our employer was asked by Service Canada if he had anyone in mind for the position and asked for a copy of the contract and hubby's name and DOB.

Is this a good sign? We don't know if they do this before they've approved it or not

I find it unlikely they would ask for your partners information without it being successful, dont quote me though, fingers crossed.

I have an employer, who is pre screened for LMIA. He is willing to give me LMIA for NOC 6133. My Open work permit expires on Aug 7. are they any chances that I might get it before that, what's the avg. processing time for LMIA? also, can I apply for extension based on LMIA file no.?

Hello
how many of you people are waiting more then 3 months for the approval, especially starting from 15Dec.2014,as I remember some of you waiting from that date?
did you get any news from the SC or employer?is there any updates till now?
hope that they will finish processing soon.
