LMIA application processing time?

I'm seeing a lot of results for people who have similar timelines as myself I wish my results would just come already.My LMIA is for PR which is processed at a different center that TFW LMIAs so hope it comes soon. Tired of waiting.

I hear and feel ya @ButterflyChemist.. sickening. Hard to deal with mix emotions and frustrations of unknown.

I was not aware that there is a difference in LMIA (for PR and TFW) can you please share a page or something where I can read more about it?
Also what is the difference in LMIA for PR and TFW is something specifically stated on the document itself?

Its the same LMIA, just processed at different centres and employers have to select the purpose on the form. PR only TFW only or PR and TFW are/were the options I believe. This is at the very beginning of the application.

So if my husband boss want to apply for an LMIA with permanent job offer he has to send the application in NB? He is an Alberta employer...please more info ASAP coz he want to send the application this Friday..

Did you click the link? It doesn't matter where the employer is, it matters what program the application falls under. For example LMIAs for TFWs for Manitoba and Saskatchewan are processed in BC and not the provinces themselves.

OMG I am saddened by this, Am sorry about the bad news.. I am nervous now. hope you and your employer will find a way to get another application with positive result asap. whats your timeline again please? am around 11weeks but never gotten any result yet. Good luck to all of us who is still waiting.

Sent July 8 - Returned with reason, incomplete form
Sent Aug 6 - Returned wrong forms used
Sent Aug 20 - Returned after a month with reason, incomplete form
Sent Sept 25- Fee charged on Oct 12 , and result today

Lol. Now thats a timeline EH??

Yea. My boss wants to apply again. He has been immensely supportive in these tough/worst times

Sorry to hear that after so much waiting and trouble... did they at least give a call to the employer? How did they send you this - by email, fax or regular mail? Is it worth to apply again under same noc?

They emailed my employer. There is no other option than re applying. Also have to keep express entry in mind and go ahead than getting disappointed with this shit
