Could you guys share which media channels were used by the company/lawyer?
Did they manage to include the business address in the JobBank ad?
My lawyer's secretary says there's no way to include the address in the JobBank ad because it goes by steps, and she says there's no step where you can input the address. I'm afraid this might be a refusal point.
And does anyone know if the other 2 ads have to be running after the 30 days?
Thanks
ButterflyChemist said:There must be a way to input the address because I've seen ads on JobBank with it. The JobBank ad is the only one required to be run for the entirety of the process as far as I know.

helpless_guy said:Hi,
I got response from Service Canada and the LMIA is refused. The reason they gave is the salary offered (60k) to be less than what is paid to Canadians. The median wage is 63k but the employer only offered me 60k for this position. The employer said they would appeal for revision of judgement but might not hike the salary.
NOC code: 2171 (Quebec Province)
wage: 33$/hour
23rd September: LMIA application filed
28th September: Amount Charged and file number received
Do you guys have any suggestions on this?
