LMIA application processing time?

--bebilu23-- just curious what efforts does your employer did to hire PR/Can workers.? Im just worried coz mine was filed february and no news til now. Our HR did advertise tho since november of last year then again this february.. For a retail trade supervisor position. Thanks.

Same as what they want, Hire the canadians and pr first. Which they only come and go... Also they advertised it on October until now. My employer was very angry when he found out that the LMIA was refused. Even him was pretty confident that they will approve it.. Sadly, NO... He said he will call the office and ask why. But I dont know if he could do something about it....

3 years.. Its my husband's LMIA we are waiting by the way. He's been here for a year now.

Waiting from november... spoke with the recruter he said that he talked with SC and they told him that the application in process... it feels like this process has no time limit... NOC 7321 SK

Same Noc but for Alberta for Dual Intent since September. The wait goes on ..... Good luck everyone who is still waiting. Who is your recruiter?

Employer had interview last Thursday so 5 days tomorrow of processing since then (excl Monday public holiday)
His lawyer is confident it will be approved this week but since it's Friday there tomorrow I'm not that sure about the timing or even his confidence its a yes. Want to prepare ourselves that it might still be rejected just in case.

Hope everyone is coping with the wait. It's been a long wait so far for us since step 1 - advertising started in July/Aug last year !
