My employer submit my LMIA request about 2 months ago. now the LMIA team are checking it and request more information about the reason for choosing a foreigner employee. taking into consideration that i have a specific area of competence and more than 10 years of experience.
is that Normal to reject the LMIA request for that reason.
And is there a specific requirement for employer who submit an LMIA request.

Your question isn't very clear.

As part of the LMIA process, your employer has to prove there were no Canadians to hire for the job. This is key to getting the LMIA approved. It doesn't matter what your qualifications are. If they feel that your employer should have been able to find a Canadian for the role given current market conditions for that occupation - then it's quite possible the LMIA will be refused.

Dear scylla
Thanks for your support this exactly what happen, they reject the submission as there are other Canadian guys submit to the JOB Bank, and the office didn't find the right justification to accept my employer request.
he is still welling to submit a new request for me as he keen to hunt me
but what is the information and requirement he should show to convince them.
