Live in Gatineau (QC) and work in Ottawa (ON)

Hi Guys, I'm trying to figure out better and faster ways of applying for PR from Canada. Is anyone in the same situation - I already qualify for both FSW and CEC. But current EE is just too slow (yes) and uncertain. So I am thinking whether it is possible to apply for Quebec Skilled Worker program while I stay in Gatineau and work in Ottawa. And this will be CSQ route. Any suggestions/insights?

If you still haven't gotten CSQ, then GSW program may not be the first option, as it's much longer than FSW if you are in the urgent required profession list.

Is this 100% aligned with QSW requirements?
