IMM5710 to change conditions
document checklist IMM5556
Stamp receipt IMM 5476
photo copy passport with clear name expiry of passport, copy of recent entry to canada
employment contract if you are still under live in caregiver program
a copy of your recent status( work permit)
and a letter from your new employer
i think thats it

If you have not completed your 24 months, I think you still need to get the LMO.

Find a new employer, sign contract with new employer, new employer applies for LMO, you apply for new WP once LMO comes back positive.

I emailed CEM last week, asking for the update of my application and they responded today,Monday, 5pm Manila Time.
It is just a confirmation of Receipt of my LC2's Passports as of Dec. 20, 2010.As of this date, your Landing Confirmation has not yet been received fron CPC Vegreville..
While if I call on CIC, agents are telling me that they are waiting for the advised back home..I will call CIC later, at this moment, they are still snoring.. :

We sent our LC2 last August 14,2012 in CEM and yet we haven't received any mail or email/call from them How many months or days do we need to wait? I wanna go there already :/

legally you are allowed to work outside in another field if you have open work permit.

Hello All!

Probably this will be my last post....

I got a letter in the end of december saying that my process for PR was over and I was approved.

A week after I received another letter saying that my interview would be in the following week.

Now, after the interview ( not actually an interview), I am a permanent resident. Just waiting for my PR card.

After the interview you are already a permanent resident, and you won't be without any document, they give you a paper that it's actually your permanent residency. The PR it's for you to get in and out of the country. The paper is already a document.

Anyway, changed sin number and care card...now back to life....
