Hi. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.
When u intend to go home to the Philippines, make it sure that you go to a nearest Philippine diplomatic post (embassy/consulate) and get an OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate)... with that, they will (Labour Attache) will put a stamp on your passport, and you will not pay anything, just a donation I think...Having an OEC, you can enjoy ur vacation back home in the Philippines without minding to go to POEA and pay. You are also exempt on the taxes levied from the airport prior to departing.

Happy Holidays to all forumers...Guys, if u are goin for a vacation in the Philippines you can apply your OEC online and enjoy your time with loveones, Teleserve will deliver it to your doorstep anywhere in the Country...just surf it thru the net POEA BALIK MANGGAGAWA OEC DELIVERY...can't post the link here.

Nope, you can get it from any bank in the phils. In canadian amount or equivalent peso which is updated in canadian embassy manila website... That's according to the person i talked to when i called canadian embassy manila.

I don't think so... You just have to pay for processing which is not that much ...

Guys, we don't need to stop sign petition, and we have continue to fight because processing time will increase again.
Don't give up
CIC have to stop increase processing time, and it's most depends from us, if we will just wait without any actions, this time will be again longer and longer
