gracey if you didnt submit application for OWP means you will not get any. so if you want owp call CIC if you were approved now you can still submit but you have to wait for maybe at least 2 months. its unfortunate you didnt send one. but its ok you can just wait for PR

hey wsongco, i am next to you from the list I am excited this coming 25th and hope i can have my owp too...gets me worry, the cic didn't ask me any client history update since i changed employer after I passed my PR application...but somehow, I can't wait can't wait for it!!

hi, just want to share the good news...called the 1 2 7 and says the work permit has been approved on dec 4, 2011....i've been reading this forum since last NIGHT and got excited already and kept calling cic the whole day from morning til night and now has changed into work permit approved!! i hope this is the OWP already!! ECAS hasn't changed yet.....

I just called to CIC today again. (worker - 1 2 7 )
OMG I heard something new from the last night.
"Your application for WP has been approved and the document has been issued on Dec 4, 2011".
Hope thats my OWP.
I'm so excited!!!! My ecas has not changed yet though.
