Level 4 UK apprenticeship

I can't seem to find the answer on previous threads or googling. Does anyone know what a UK Level 4 apprenticeship is equivalent to?

I was guessing Completion of 'College-level certificate' but not sure. Obviously I would get the qualification assessed but wanted to get a heads up.
