Is private college diploma won't give me any point in EE?

I graduated private career college with a 4 year diploma program. Graduated another 2 year diploma program in public college to get PGWP. I thought my 4 year diploma still counts in EE scoring since it is listed under DLI, and it just doesn't allow me to acquire PGWP, but the immigration Agency I am working with saids it doesn't count at all and they even say the college wasn't registered in DLI.

I think they couldn't find the college name in the list because they changed the name but I can still see their previous college name is in the DLI list. Am I still can't get any point for that?

It's a private career college in Ontario. I am working through an immigrant agency and they said it's not registered under DLI so they didn't included in the point for my profile. I just checked the college was in the DLI list so I got confused if there's other restriction related with this case...

So shouldn't be an issue. Creating a profile takes only a few minutes so if you have the DLI number then no issue.
