Letter of introduction

I applied for a study permit online on March 6, 2014, and on MyCIC, it says that it was"approved", but I have not received a letter of introduction or anything else. I can't find it on MyCIC or in my inbox/spam. Who should I email/what should I do about this?

Yes, I have my passport. I assumed they'd have emailed me the LOI by now...how long does it usually take?
