No examples - it is just a plain letter where you mention all the points you wish to highlight. I would suggest the following format
Dear Sir/Madam
Sub: eAPR under Express Entry
Ref: EE Profile # NNNNNNNN
With reference to my application for Canada PR under the Express Entry program, I would like to draw your attention to the following points
1. Changes Made in EE Profile post ITA
(Provide details)
2. Job Experience Letters
(Provide Details)
3. Proof of Funda
(Provide Details)
You can add as many sections are applicable which you want to highlight.
