To those who fill up the IMM008 for their dependents, what did you write in the form is it your infos and your family info?is it just like the IMM008 that we submitted when we applied for PR? Pls help!

Hi,

I am new in this thread. I am married with one dependent.

February 2013- application submitted
May 2013- OWP received
April 2014- MR for LC1 received and done (I was unluckily selected to repeat medical)
May 14, 2014- AIP received

I am still waiting for my 3in1 kit. I know that most of you here early 2013 applicants got their 3inkit last May. I don't know why mine takes a while. I am hoping to receive mine soon.

Any similar experience here?

I'm so confused about that too, so i phoned cic and they said that on that form we have to fill it up as if we are the principal applicant and just put our husband and children as our dependant.

for 2012 applicants, call cic and inform them you didn't receive medical request yet...i have a friend who as soon as she knew i received 3-in-1 kit before her, called cic and a week after, she received it via email...she's an october2012 applicant...c",)

Guys i need help on filling up the lc2 kit.. I'm so confused now.. Because when I phoned cic they said that i have to fill up the generic form as me the applicant and just add my husband as my dependant. But aren't we filling up that form for them? So then they should be the applicant and we're gonna be the dependant? And my friend also said that one of her friend fill up the generic form for her husband as the applicant and pass all the papers and will be having her interview by the end of this month. Please help me with this one. Thanks in advance!

hi what I do on mine is a fill up as my husband all info, put his name and I just sign it.it explain on the kit that it should be all of your dependent gonna fill up the form , so it should be their info not our because we already fill up ours before we pass for OWP and PR right? that's what iam understand.

that's what I did too, I fill it up as if my husband is the one filling the form and just signed it up for him.

and have to pay fee of $490.

I didn't get it is it approval in Principle.
didn't get any medical forms.

anybody tell me whats that.

Keep one for yourself and the other copy will be given to the immigration officer on the day of your interview. Congratulations!

i just want to ask so you have to fill up imm008 twice if you have 2 dependants ? for example my husband imm008 and my daughter imm008?my daugther is 12 years old so all dependants will have imm008? where will you paste the picture? it says in the document checklist that 6 pictures passport size and past it to imm008 thanks all your insight is appreciated
