thanks margaux... yup ako lang dependant, we just got married march of 2014 and my wife is 8 months preggy. I just wish one more na makaabot ako before her due this december.

Double Happiness pala sa'yo dreamaway! Just pray and have faith na maka abot ka... birth labor is painful but at least can give emotional strength to your wife if you will be beside her when it comes... also for you to experience personally seeing your first child that day... ;D

Please does anyone know what Personal Information Form (PIF) from the family member in Canada
(including basis on claim narrative) is? It's listed as one of the required documents in the additional documents requested in the LC2 kit. I don't know what it is
