Hey Vasu, I am also with the same situation, one trip to India and one to States. But I think it shouldn't be problem.
Can you please refer to the one who got rejected so I can scrutinize his situation ?

You guys don't need to worry about this. Many of my friends used to go back to India during the summer, every year. Once they graduated, they all got their PGWPs easily. If you go back during summer or winter breaks, it is perfectly fine.

Did any other May applicants receive approvals?? I received 2 emails saying updated on Aug 6th/9th and one recently on 23rd saying no updates. :-X. Very Frustrating 93 Days!

Nope. I applied on May 15th, still no request for $100. However, my buddy who applied on May 10 got his request yesterday.

First, its okay to travel on your SP & TRV. However, I need to understand something. So I will ask.

Did you travel before you graduated? If yes, was it during an academic session (semester)?
Did you travel after you applied for your PGWP? What was the destination?

I traveled between 22 Apr- 17 May 2014 (India) , 08 Dec 2014- 06 Jan 2015 (India) while on my SP (before graduation) and I have no travels after PGWP application. Also, for graduate students we do not have any scheduled breaks. However, my purpose of visits were official which I can produce some evidence if required (but kind of want to escape all of that hassle, if possible).

I know your question is directed to Jubear, but as I said earlier, there is nothing to worry. I know 3-4 people who were graduate students, and used to go back once a year or so, one of them went to Europe for holidays, and they all got their permits easily.

I applied on April 30. It seems that many May applicants have either got approval or payment request. I'm really getting worried about my application. Any one on the same boat, please share. Thanks

Still here. Still no updates.
Called them today and a phone agent agreed (after contacting manager directly) to send another internal note as an exception.

Applied March 23rd, still waiting.
Contacted my MP by email but no response. Not so pressed by work still otherwise would have gone to MP office in person.

And one more thing. I also applied for PR April 30th and AOR has arrived. So it seems Sydney is surprisingly faster than Ottawa.

I have applied for PEQ - Quebec Graduate.(Quebec Skilled Worker on Canada level)
Got nomination (CSQ) early April, applied for PR May 1.

Got AOR August 14, 2015.
