Leaving Canada with a Study permit

Hello! My school starts on Sept and before that I'm planning to go visit my relatives in new york. I have a US tourist visa in multiple. Is it okay to leave Canada and come back with no problems in immigration? Will I have any problems? Im just worried because my school doesnt even start and I'm leaving Canada already.
