Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

Hi all

I received my notes last week and i noticed one blank page with s.16(1)(c) written in the upper right corner
i tried to understand what does it mean and if its something good or not but i couldn't get any answer
Can any one please tell me what does s.16(1)(c) mean ?

they hide some information because they dont want to disclose at this moment.
you can search canada law for the private information. do you have any of your relative in canada?

I have just recieved notes... nothing has been changed significantly as far security is concerned, but on thing that worrying me is that blanked space has been increased beneath security admissibility and 1 has been removed infornt of security... Neither instruction to partners nor any instructions from partners are being shown... Is their anythingg to worry?

you can apply GCMS notes. usually it wont effect with any application/process.
GCMS notes will give you how far your application has progressed/comments.
