We are 2 applicants (I being PA and my spouse) and as per CLIENT DETAILS section in my GCMS notes:

For me (PA):

Counterfoil Required: Yes
Security: <Value not visible>
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:

For my spouse:

Counterfoil Required: Yes
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:

This means they have not started the criminality check for my spouse, however I had already sent PCC for her along with the RPRF and Medical request (as per VO's request) on 20-May-2015. Also, she has no travel history and only 1 PCC for home country. Do you think I should send more docs (like job descriptions, offer letters, pay-stubs etc.) to the VO for my spouse as she is a working corporate women? Will that help?

I wonder why is no action being taken on my file since so long?

I think you are fine. Since you are the PA, you do not need to send your wife offer letter or payslip as it is not required. If it is required you would have seen it in your GCMS notes.

There are also three 8-digit numbers in front of FOSS NRT. One of these numbers is our old file number from when we applied for FSW in 2010. The words Prev FSW refused - acknowledged on forms are written in front of the numbers, so this one is clear. What could the other two numbers be?

Internet search means that you job experience was confirm through search engine like Likendin, Facebook, etc. Since it has been verified through internet it means you are ok

NAI means No Adverse Information(NAI)
Means they did not find any conflicting information. And they are satisfied with the information on the internet and what you have provided to them.

for your wife criminality is not issue. just u have submitted PCC enough, don't worry. they will update or again they will ask after one year. no problem at all. No need for her any other document at this time, unless other wise requested.

No need to wonder as this should be your habit. VO are always working but sometime due to admin issues files are delayed and VO care of their jobs and responsibilities and not delay in your file or visa. therefore this is again not your issue.
What I think your issue is to expedite it as you want, which is not possible by any way... so time to enjoy

2-Assigned TO & Location TT00137
3- Due date: 31/12/2015
4- FOSS: N
5- In outgoing Correspondence, they sent us photo request on 10th feb 2015 which we sent them within a week but itswritten "ALL ITEMS RECEIVED: N/A"
6-oN 28-0402015 lOCATION WAS PREC-106-SCREENING
SUMMARY AT THE END:
work experience on file reviewed but not verified. PA's language test report meet or exceed the minimum threshld. Test report verified, copy of verification attached o file. PA appears to meet and exceed the minimum education requiremnet. ECA Report verified/ foriegn credentials reviewed. SELECTION CRITERIA: PA appears to have 67 or more on selection grid. Supporting documents regarding adaptability points reviewed but not verified. File to visa office for furthe rassesment/decision. Letter emailed to adrress on file.

The summary at the end that you mentioned is generated at CIC level, at the time of issuing PER. So the IELTS, education and work "verified/ reviewed but not verified" means that IELTS and Education (WES) have been verified at CIC level, but work, civil documents and relative status are verified at VO level. This set of instructions are basically issued from CIC to your local VO at the time of transfer of file to local VO after PER. Further verification about work etc are not on file in your case in these notes, meaning that the activity is either not initiated at VO level, or more likely, it has not been recorded in these notes at the time of you ordering GCMS.

Thanks nekeol for the reply. I agree we cannot do anything to expedite the VO processing. However as per my GCMS, my meds expire on 17/May/2016 which gives me only 5 months to complete landing... Hence concerned!

Dear seniors/experts,

I have received an email from LVO and they've attached a form called IMM 1017 E ( Medical examinations instructions ) , which needs to be submitted within 30 days. Regarding this, I have following questions ..

1) What other tests will they conduct other than the chest x-ray ?

2) Does the doctor conducts any psychological tests ? or Does he tackle by asking some personal questions or something else in order to verify the mentally stability of the applicant ?

3) I was reading on the form IMM 1017 E that Once my medical has been completed... the doctor will forward the medical results to CIC. How can I verify if the doctor has successfully submitted my medical to the CIC/LVO ? Will I be provided with some tracking number or something ? Because, at this stage my ecas is just showing only 2 lines updated :/ ...

4) The form says that I need to carry 4 recent photographs to the doctor ... What should be the photo specifications/requirements for this in terms of frame size etc etc ?

5) Do I need to submit anything to CIC or LVO by myself regarding the medicals or the doctor will take care of each and everything ?

6) The doctor sends the medical results to the LVO or to CIC by post or by email ?

7) What are the diseases that results in rejection ?

8 ) Until now, I dont know my visa officer, as at the bottom of the email it just says that it is sent from the Visa section, London and in the very beginning it says that

" This is an automated message. Please DO NOT RESPOND to this message.

... Is this normal ? Because , I was reading somewhere the Visa officer sends the medical request ... Does everyone else receive the medical requests like this ? Because at one end it says that it is an automated message and we shouldn't respond to this message :/ :/ Please let me know ..

yes its normal, print the attachment and take it to IOM (medical centre) for medical exam, alongwith other requested documents by IOM.
IOM will inform you about the rest of the requirements.

for appointments (Pakistan) its best to email IOM for appointment with details about your person.

Thanks for the response. My report was generated on 18-11-2015, a month ago and they have done nothing with my applicaton.
Only hope is that the file status is written OPEN
