on due date your security BGC will be updated if there is any up-dation.
Don't worry and just wait, Enjoy, Keep and continue same work. U might have to go for re-medical, but this is not an issue.

Before few days they have update my medical result in Ecas status...before due date there is no chance of pr right?

Today I login first time to cic website to view my application status.
It shows only my name and below line in red:


If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.

It means I can't see any information except my name.
How I can solve this problem or should I wait for few days and it will be resolved automatically?

Yo have to click over the underlined words: In process, another page should load and you should see your first and second line probably: We received your application on...... and 2nd line: We started processing your application on...... If your file has been transfered, maybe you should have 3 rd line.

1st step is to assess ur eligibility again
Then go will ask u to provide details again to start security BGC which may take 3-6 months

Hi Forumites, need some light on my GCMS notes received on 11-Dec (my timeline is on the left):

Application Assignment
Assigned To: WARSAW
Assigned By: C****3
Due Date: 2015/09/30

This means my application's due date has already passed. However I have not received PPR till now.

Also, in the notes, last updated date reflects as 2015/09/01. There has been no update since!!! What could be the reason?

But only necessary security clearance is pending. Which means that they are conducting in depth security checks on you and to assure that you are not a security threat to Canada. By maximum you will have your visa before that date which they have mentioned which is 31st March 2016. If security agencies of Canadian Government did not send Security clearance report by this date Visa Office will send reminder to them by their internal correspondence system to know the updated status. If the Security Agency which in most cases is Canadian Security Intelligence Service(CSIS), responds that they need further two months, then Visa Office will enter the next due date in GCMS software as 30 May 2016 and so on process will continue. But without CSIS clearance no one will be issued PR-Visa even though sometimes it takes longer for them to give clearance if they have doubt about your social or other activities which they observe through their local agents in your area.

Hi Nekol, my Eligibility and Criminality has been passed and now file is in Security screening process from last 2 months. what is the approximate time required for this process. Still no Medical, I think my VO will not issue MR unless results of security screening are received.

We are 2 applicants (I being PA and my spouse) and as per CLIENT DETAILS section in my GCMS notes:

For me (PA):

Counterfoil Required: Yes
Security: <Value not visible>
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:

For my spouse:

Counterfoil Required: Yes
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed

This means they have not started the criminality check for my spouse, however I had already sent PCC for her along with the RPRF and Medical request (as per VO's request) on 20-May-2015. Also, she has no travel history and only 1 PCC for home country. Do you think I should send more docs (like job descriptions, offer letters, pay-stubs etc.) to the VO for my spouse as she is a working corporate women? Will that help?

I wonder why is no action being taken on my file since so long?

Thanks manageronline for your response. What I have observed that most of the applications that follow Ottawa VO have the same deadline (i,e 31/3/15). I have no doubt that what you are saying makes sense but on the other hand why do my other colleagues have the same deadline date? Another thing that I read , it was about the visa quotas and the possibility that they ran out of the quotas for 2015 (which happened in the last months of 2014) If that is the case, we need to wait till January when they get a new package of quotas and hopefully we will be included. For me, its been 5 months now since I completed my medicals and the results were received and uploaded in the CIC system, so hopefully my waiting time will be ending soon.
