Passport of spouse

I have already done medical in September. Still expecting PPR. I obtained my GCMS note where I saw under eligibility assessment that the due date is 2016/02/24. Is this the date I am expected to receive our PRV- The maximum period?

Is there anyone in the forum who can through light on this.

Due Date under eligibility is 1 yr from your first eligibility. Your PER must be of feb 24th 2014.

Due date on second page is the one which you should consider under application assignment for next step.

Thanks for your response. Clear.

Does it mean the application should be concluded within the one year?

The due date for me on the second page is 2015/10/14. I want to believe they must have worked on my file after I did medicals, paid the Right of Residence fees, updated Schedule A form and submitted other documents.

Simply raise the CSE to your Visa office and ask them that you have received your GCMS notes and in it you have noticed that your due date is 24th Feb 2016, ask your visa office in very frank and polite manner that:- "Could you please inform that whether this is the date of review of my file that is mentioned in GCMS notes that I have received for my application. OR it is the date before which Decision would have been made on my application? Could you please elaborate to me in details. Thanks in advance for your co-operation and support in this regard."

I am pretty sure that at least you will get good explanation from them to content and relax yourself.

Assalam o Alaikum Friends,

Today got my notes which were generated on 27 October 2015, below is summary:

- Eligibility PASSED on 29 July 2015 ( I was requested additional documents on this date)

- Criminality PASSED on 23 October 2015

- Next review date is 27 November 2015

- Application status OPEN and IN PROGRESS

One strange thing, under section of incoming Correspondence, it is written that I was requested travel history which was received in LVO on 28 October 2015 with attachment in PDF. I was never requested same then how I sent and also received by LVO.

What is BWJ doing with file and not issuing MR...unable to figure out

The funny thing is that we told the Doc during medicals that he was on Ritalin but we were advised to stop by his doctors and at the time of the medicals, he wasn't on any medication.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi they have put ED(excessive demand) for your second child which could lead to inadmissability due to medical grounds. Is your child suffering from anything serious?

please have a doctor check your son!

He was diagnosed with ADHD/PPD but not autism. We already submitted additional report from pediatric psychologist.

If you are a PR or Canadian you can order the GCMS note on their behalf.
All they need to do is to fill and scan the consent form authorizing you to
deal with CIC on their behalf.

Both parents need to fill the form and sign it accordingly.
