Hi guys,

I have applied for my GCMS notes through gcmsfile.com but I have not received any response yet. It's been more than a week now. Any suggestions on alternative websites? Which one is the quickest?

Thanks.

It takes 30-40 days for ATIP division to process your request. It does not depend on the the third party that you use to apply.

Please tell me guys...

"Is any December applicant got AOR"?

Looks like not much is going on with your file at the moment.

Hi guys,

Now its been 4 months since I gave medicals, and 3 and half mnths since submitted updated forms and pcc. sent them a query but no reply so applied for caips notes today on 9 March, 2015. Its going to be 4 complete years since I applied for fsw immigration. I hope they finalize it till next month. Plz pray for me guys. My eligibility and medicals have passed, rprf paid as soon as requested. Everything is clear just waiting for decision. In my last caips I applied 3 months back there was mentioned ''To pull file for criminal review.'' and S.15. Code was on that page only. lets see and pray.

regards.

Hi everyone
I am living in Canada. I have sponsored my wife last year to Canada, but m still stuck in immigration backlog. The file is currently with New Delhi visa Office. So i am going to apply for her Gcms notes on her behalf. I have few questions.
Firstly in section A in question 1 do i select information act or privacy act.
Secondly in Section A in question 1 do i select yes or no(I am applying GCMs notes for my wife. The file is currently in New Delhi).
Thirdly in Section C do i select a or b.And then which check box to tick next.
Any help will be appreciated...

If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf (See section C)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html
d) www.lawpoint.ca ($25 only)
