Has anyone ordered gcms notes via caipsnotes. com? Could you please share your experience?

Also, does anyone know which company is the fastest in delivering the gcms notes?

A quick response would be appreciated

Ok Guys. Here's the deal.

I ordered my GCMS notes at two occasions.

1) Through Lawpoint's VisaFile for CAD$25 on 10th June 2014. NOT RECEIVED YET. (72 days passed)

2) Through ATIP Online Request for CAD$5 on 3rd July 2014. NOTES RECEIVED on 20-AUG-2014. (after 48 days)

My GCMS notes contains 87 pages (only electronic file). It's quite confusing to read them, but very helpful. I've found out that there's 6 to 8 months of delay (in 2012 and 2013) because they were sending emails to wrong email address.

Could you please explain me how to order these GCMS notes through ATIP Online Request?

I know that a Canadian citizen or permanent resident has to do that on behalf of me, but my questions are:

- Can I fill in this ATIP Online Request so that I do not take a lot of their time?
- What docs and forms I have to upload with this Online Request?
- How do I pay the fee of cad 5 ? Is the fee payment a separate step that has to be done before filling in the ATIP Online Request or..?

- How and to whom are these GCMS notes delivered when done?

You just need someone with a valid visa and one bill under their name. It's not necessary for that person to be Canadian citizen or PR holder.

You will get notes via email. Click the link and fill it. ATIP request is online, but you eventually have to print, sign and scan the forms of authorisation and email them. Also, email them scan copies of visa and one bill (utility/bank statement/mobile/etc) thus, any document which would prove that the person is residing in canada

Questions about online ATIP request ($5.00)

Hi Experts,

I have a friend in Canada who is a Canadian citizen. I will ask him to collect GCMS notes on my behalf by merely paying $5.00. But, before that, I am being extra cautious.

I have tried to create a dummy request by clicking the ATIP online link and faced two questions that seem to be show-stoppers. The reason is that somewhere on this forum someone once pointed out that if we click/select wrong options it may cause our files to be removed from the queue, and incur great delay in processing! I regret that I didn't save the link to that forum post.

Please see below the questions I see on the ATIP online form and confirm whether answering these questions wrongly could indeed put our files in trouble.

Which type of records do you wish to request?
Option1: Case Files
Option2: Corporate Records

What type of information would you like to request?
Option1: Notes in Electronic File
Option2: Physical File

hi, i just received my GCms notes it is a report to know what is the status of your file , what is done , what is still not started
there are four main application assignment they check in every application
1- eligibility
2-security
3-criminality
4-medical
by this notes you will be able to know what is the status for every items

in my GCMS notes all the items are not started yet
and the due date is 6/02/2015

Not necessary
Due date is just a remiander for VO to review the application if there are not updates until due date.
if there is some update in 12/2014 and they need to contact you or review officer, than due date may extended.

Hello to all my fellow members, good day to you. Today on 9th of Nov, 2014 CHC called my office for my job description and verification. They talked to HR manager and asked few question like when I started working, what I am working, am I still working........ question like this. Alhamdulillah this went well in my thinking. But I dont know what they will decide or what will be next step. How long more it will take?
