Yes the thing is that we landed on 19 of March, 2014 and we received our PR cards on 20 June, 2014 so exactly after 3 months.

Dear forum members
I need urgent advice..........as i shared before my FSW application has refused on basis of my work place and experience and banned me for 2 yrs , which is shocking for me as i sent documents like my company chairman letter to prove my exp and job.but even then they refused my application .my age is 45 yrs and my kids r now more than 20yrs old as rules i will be unable to get age points and my children will cross the age limit for immigration as a dependent.
I consulted with different people, lawyers , some of them eci should go for appeal directly and some suggested i should write letter first CHC for reversal of refusal letter .My consultant is of the view that CHC at London will not give importance to such letter before appeal bcs they always uphold the decision of VO. Please senior and junior forum members advise me what are chances of reversal of refusal letter at CHC London and of appeal at court.i am v.confused bcs this is my last chance and i don't want to lose it.

An early response is requested please.

If you have reasons and evidences to prove , then where issues are.
On another thread , I advised you to see your CEO , discuss and share with him your GCMS , get letter from him that an employee due to professional jealousy has misguided CIC /CHC .

Move logically and with proofs

For me consultants are those , to whom we present "Ready To Eat , Decorated Dish / Cake" , they pack this in their own branded box , and makes huge profits on our hard work

If you are interested in filling appeal , hire a Canadian lawyer , do not waste your resources on local consultants , invest them with a lawyer. If you are interested in wasting time and money , hire Tahir Ul Qadri

I ordered GCMS via lawpoint on 10th June 2014. It's been 58 days now, all I have received is an email that my file was due on 10th July 2014, but due to increased number of requests, they don't know which date my request will be delivered to me.

How do you GCMS notes? I know how to order ATIP but not GCMS. Is that done online?

Yeah... There are apparently two ways of doing so. If you do not have anyone in settled in Canada, you can ask 3rd party firms to order GCMS on your behalf. If you have someone in Canada, you can order GCMS on their behalf by using ATIP.

In both cases, you will get GCMS notes, but doing it yourself is faster (30 days) and doing it through 3rd party firms take longer (45 days). Mine is 60 days now and I haven't received anything from them, apart from email which confirms the delay. That's it.

Group Name: ECU-Officer Review Pending
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed

Under NOTES sections, the latest status is "To AG for further processing"

What does this information suggest?
Have they completed my background checks including job verification etc?

I have already paid RPRF with medicals which is also shown in GCMS. My medicals will be expiring in next couple of months. I am not sure what they are doing with my application. Have they completed job verification and other background checks?

it takes 30 - 45 days normal. if it is more than this then they will email you the reason of delay.

We acknowledge that your request is now overdue. According to our records, your request was due on July 10th, 2014.

Although we make efforts to provide timely access to record, the high volume of requests our institution processes makes it impossible to determine the exact date your file will be ready.

We apologize for any inconvenient this situation may cause. The information will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.


So, don't know what's the delay is actually about.

I ordered GCMS notes on July 19th, 2014......they're due now I guess.

I emailed ATIP for status of the request but still no response. It's been a couple of days since i sent email to them.

Hoping to get them soon. It's terrible that they're so slow in processing ATIP

Ok Guys. Here's the deal.

I ordered my GCMS notes at two occasions.

1) Through Lawpoint's VisaFile for CAD$25 on 10th June 2014. NOT RECEIVED YET. (72 days passed)

2) Through ATIP Online Request for CAD$5 on 3rd July 2014. NOTES RECEIVED on 20-AUG-2014. (after 48 days)

My GCMS notes contains 87 pages (only electronic file). It's quite confusing to read them, but very helpful. I've found out that there's 6 to 8 months of delay (in 2012 and 2013) because they were sending emails to wrong email address.

i also got gcms but i did not find such information, mean eligibility passed
