AS FOR AS MY UNDERSTANDINGS

ECU = ECONOMIC CLASS UNIT OR SOME TIME CALLED, CRU = COST RECOVERY UNIT (IT IS A UNIT IN CHC WHICH DEALS RPRF RECOVERY MATTERS)
RFV = REFER FOR VERIFICATION

WHICH MEANS THAT IN YOUR OLD GCMS THE PROCESS ABOUT YOUR RPRF WERE PENDING
AND NOW IN YOUR NEW GCMS THE PROCESS IS COMPLETED AFTER VERIFCATION,
SO AFTER THIS PROCESS YOUR VERY NEAR TO RECEIVE PPR LETTER.
REGARDS,

Hi

I have also received my GCMS notes week before. What shall i look in it ?

Well dear as per my understanding RFV(ready for visa issuance) checks are completed and only a final review is left before a decision is made. What is your ecas now? Is it decision made or not?

Senior immigration officer will review the documents and you will see decision made very soon on your ecas. You will get visa soon, don't worry..and good luck

It says, SELDEC-1, MEDDEC-1 and FINDEC-9 and File BF'D TO: 12-6-2015.
File converted from caips to GCMS, withdrawn with decision 9.

REGARDS,

Sure bro ,

Quick Question to GCMS experts here. Mine Medical was done in July 2012 & passports were submitted at the same time. I got my GCMS a month ago & it says Criminality - In Progress & security not started. But as i heard that Security & criminality check begins after medical.
So why is it taking more then 1 year for these checks ?

RPRF - Completed

Under Assesment

Eligibility - Passed
Security - Not Started
Criminality - In Progress
Medical - Passed.

Need Help Friends. Thanks

Dude your back ground checks are still under way. For some applicants it takes a long time due to unknown reasons like may be your name matches with some one wanted on their criminal data base, due to long travel history, people who had worked for govt or armed forces, number of police certificates you provided, number of countries you have lived in past etc. Just give it some more time and hopefully you will get your visa. Also try sending an email and enquire why its taking so long and tell them you are suffering from emotional trauma and your life is upside down because of this and you have missed many opportunities because of this. Write good email, it does help. Good luck...

Hi,

Life is good so far. Is it 21(1a), 21(1b) or ?

here is what section 21 means

http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/A-1/page-12.html

21. (1) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains
(a) advice or recommendations developed by or for a government institution or a minister of the Crown,
(b) an account of consultations or deliberations in which directors, officers or employees of a government institution, a minister of the Crown or the staff of a minister participate,
(c) positions or plans developed for the purpose of negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the Government of Canada and considerations relating thereto, or
(d) plans relating to the management of personnel or the administration of a government institution that have not yet been put into operation,
if the record came into existence less than twenty years prior to the request.

it is more or less similar to section S(15) I guess.

Regarding your son write exactly what you have that you only have a birth certificate and doctor report is available and you have lost the rest of documents. If possible also provide an affidavit with this information written on it.

Good luck
