Dear Migrator, please dont be angry, this is under information access act/ privacy act, GCMS is provided under Information & Privacy act of canada.
when you are getting Adoptablity points from your Blood relative in canada, in that case sometime in GCMS they dont disclose the information of that your relative to you. this is under s.19(1)c, which is normally appeared on the NOTES for sometime.

s.19. (1) Subject to subsection (2), the head of a government institution shall refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information as defined in section 3 of the Privacy Act.

Marginal note:Where disclosure authorized
(2) The head of a government institution may disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information if

(a) the individual to whom it relates consents to the disclosure;

(b) the information is publicly available; or

(c) the disclosure is in accordance with section 8 of the Privacy Act.

Thanks for this. I guess I was mixing this with IRPA Act which states 19(1) as a Security Issue. But again I have nobody in Canada against whom I have any points.

Applied for CAIPS notes 3rd time, Need ur prayers guys. in this stage seriously want my case get rejected so I apply for any other country or apply fr canada 2nd tym.

hi This section is not a good sign, it is realted to your verification of Job and your documents submitted to the VO. they dont disclose their findings in the GCMS. it is signal to be get rady for call to your employer for job verification or for your interview. NEKEOL

it may also imply that the verification has been done, verification can be done by numerous ways, not necessarily by physical contact always (its done in extreme cases), but if MEDs/PPT request have been issued, it may imply that u r thru the verification process. Well, I can say this because I havent come across any one on this forum whose file has been rejected after MED/PPT request as well as RPRF clearance.

I applied thru my bro though I filled each and every form as there are only 2 forms. An access to information and privacy form and a consent. Added a 5$ online payment receipt and his PR card scan and sent him then he forwarded to the concerned email starts with ATIP.
