Ohhhhh Mubarkan,

Wish u best of luck. Was away and too busy. Today sent docs to a lawyer called Asif Bajwa (ICCRC). Also sent the VO my medical insurance cards in which both companies are mentioned. I still didn't pay him. Lets see what happens next.

Regards.

Thanks much dear. I hope and pray it gets sorted out very soon for you and you get your medicals soon. Regards...

need to wait till 2nd line is added, as GCMS right now won't contain adequate information(only points calculated and paper screening notes by VO would be mentioned)......rest everything like eligibility, security, criminality, etc won't be started

if you still want to order then the choice is urs, but there would be no BF'D mentioned, it would contain just a due date which would be exact 1 year from PER(which in ur case would be 24Feb 2013) :)

Hi!

It is always useful to order CAIPS / GCMS after getting PER or 1st AOR because it can tell you vital things like initial review at CIO and how many points you have been awarded at CIO stage, first review and points awarded at visa office if your case hasn't gone into in process and if they are correct or not as per your calculation, any other comments about your docs or discrepancies in application, your next BFD, information about your profile if spelling mistakes in your name or any family member or other data like your address, date of birth, etc. Its like a complete diary about your application so why not see it... :) . My advise go for it.. Thanks

I ordered GCMS from visafile.info & received it exactly in 30 days(others take long, even 45-50 days and charge you more).

There are no hassles, they only ask for your name, file no. and date of birth. Once you pay $25, they would send you a consent form which you need to sign and scan it back to them. Thats it.......

Order it only by visafile.info(my personal experience, they are the best).

Hope this helps!

Hi!

1. Tick only electronic files and then tick status of application and then write file no and location (means location of your visa office like London, uk or Newdelhi, India)

Leave physical files empty as you can tick only one option and electronic files is the best option.

If you are ordering by email it is advisable to tell them that you want GCMS notes to avoid any confusion.

Thanks

The GCMS notes will tell you each step/event that happened in your immigration file.

You can order the GCMS online http://www.visafile.info/, and you will get them in approx 30-45 days by email.

Good luck. 8) 8)

If you want to order it on your own there are two ways.

a) If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5 and you will get that in around 30 days.

b) If you don't have a relative or friend in Canada then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40 and you will get in six to eight weeks..

Check this

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy.

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?lob=6

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html
d) http://www.visafile.info/ ($25 cheapest option)
