I applied for CAIPS Notes 22 days back thru online form and payment. Its a really easy procedure. only I had to fill the consent form, print, sign, scan then attach with online form and submitted then finally comes payment form. lets c wen would I get the CAIPS.

I won federal court appeal
my case got refuse at last step by mistake by officer now court agreed breach of law has been made by officer
they are ready to settlement now
any bdy has idea how long it know from here now
my all police clearance certificate and medical with them , they returned my landing fees few months ago , but I am submitting them again with new medical
my point was already calculated now they will add 15 points more for AEO which was deducted by mistake
so now here on how long it take , I got approval on 8th july

congradulations to be winner, VO mostly making mistakes and they dont know what will be effect on other for thsir result. anyhow do u know the status of ur security checks, done or not?
u have to reusbmit all docs again including Police certificate and updated docs when VO will ask u. if medical expired thenu have to go for the remedical as well but now hopefully u will get visa, later or sooner.NEKEOL

I got my new GCMS report today, and the commentary at the end is like this:

No adverse FOSS, RPRF not paid Single. B/C submitted. Meets selection criteria based on verified IELTS, employment letter, valid job offer for which subj meets rqts in terms of language abilities and experience, cadgedec/diploma. Transcripts to be requested. PA obtains 87 points. I am satisfied the points obtained accurately relfect PA's ability to economically establish in Canada. Eligibility decision passed pending receipt of transcripts. Clear FBI provided, needs ***(my home country) PC, RCMP to be initiated in GCMS. Info gaps required for completion of B. ECU, please request: -transcripts, -meds, RPRF, ppt -PA personal history information gaps 1995/06 to 1998/08

I hope this is the NOTE you have written in details.
keep ready
1. transcripts of your certificates
2. police certificates of home country
3. Personal history where there is GAP you should complete again Complete and take info from the previous copy and fill the gap between.
4. Right of permanent residence fee CAD 490 per Adult (don't prepare DD now just wait for the letter from VO)

After how many days did u rcv the caips notes? To me u seem ok and passed everything. Nekeol bhai what about you any updates?

I got the results after about 35 days.

I also noticed the file says the due date for everything ( police certificate, transcripts, medicals...) is August 13th, which is only 3 weeks from now, but I haven't received request from them - is it the due date for me to submit those things or the due date for them to send me the request?
