Hello.
Could you help me with a couple of questions?
I applied for a visa in March 2011 in Moscow embassy. Five months later, I was refused.
Now I want to know the reasons for this failure.
1. Which is better choose in the form 5563E? 4B (reason for refusal) or 4C (Electronic files).
Can I get all records a of visa officer relating to my case?
2. Whose name should be written in Section C-1? Mine or a Canadian citizen?

1) 4(C) is better option. Yes you will get all records.

Yes send them email and enquire about your status. No harm in it...Ask them when to hear further instructions from them....

I applied in March 2011 through a consultant and my current status is RBVO but I have not heard anything from them until now except first AOR received in April 2011. I asked my consultant several times about the progress of my application and requested them to send Case Specific Inquiry (CSI) but they have just informed me that they have given several reminders to the Visa Office but still they could not let me know what the answers of VO are. Can I give CSI to the VO directly or what I should do? Need your directives.

I applied for GCMS notes through my friend in Canada by regular mail on 10Dec.2012.But there was no response from there side,I tried to contact through mail but still no reply and not even got automated revert.
My friend in Canada called to them but there was only computerized communication,which said they will contact.Already five days passed and no reply.What should I do now.

My details are:-
Applied on 10dec.2010 FSW 6242 (NDVO)
Per on 01june2011
RBVO on 04July2011
AOR on 08Aug.2011
IN-Process on 04Nov.2011
Verification call on 18Nov.2011 to me ,my employer and my spouse employer
Sent CSI to Vo on 15May2012,got revert on 15June2012
Personal visit on 18July2012 to my workplace
Again sent CSI to VO on 08Oct.2012 and got revert on 16Dec.2012
It says my file presently in review
Still Waiting........................waiting..........

Well on forum many people have done that, that they have a consultant but they sent CSE/email directly to visa office and got answer. Yes you should try emailing your visa office and see what they answer. What is your visa office? Use correct email address. In your email mention your full name, file no, date of birth, address etc. Thanks

Hi!

First of all its your friend who need to email them and not you. Did your friend use the right email address to email them? This is the email address

I suggest you to ask him/her to send email again with "urgent" in subject of email. Write them the details he applied, like date he applied, your file no, your name / date of birth etc and enquire why he/she hasn't received GCMS yet. Thanks

Note. At what telephone no your friend called? Ask him/her to use the following tel nos and ask to speak to supervisor.

If one tel no doesn't work try other and ask for supervisor

Well I guess if you have emailed to correct address and from your/your friend email account you will get an answer....allow some more days.. and yeah ask your friend to call them on provided nos. If some one doesn't give a satisfactory answer from one number try other one. They are all of ATIP people..

That means they are still doing it, not hanged or stopped. This is a standard reply so don't get worried much. They say so many months but generally it is finished quicker. Have patience and you will be through. good luck...
