Thank u for ur kind replay, it is very informative. Just I want to be 100% sure that i do it right.
I will fill the form imm5744e, sign, scan and send it to my relative. Then my relative will apply online and upload my form as part of the application. Am I getting it right, specially the form imm5744e.

Hi, dear all, I received my CAIPS result, I have a problem about it. Hope anyone can help me.
I am the applicant, and I and my wife are apply province nomination.
In the CAIPS result, all the information about my wife are empty, just her name on it, for example criminality. medical and activity part. My information is complete. Now we are waiting for background checking, it seems about security.

in my case also they have not considered my wife as an employee and did not update her experience and educational details however they have given points for her education.

in your CAIPS result, how about medical and criminality of your wife? are those empty?
I thought maybe they are background checking my wife, so they mask my wife's information.

"Stat Q function is not operating. Applicant declared refused visa entry to **** country based on weak ties to UAE. File to put away..
What is this "STAT Q" ??? :O
As I have checked on the web the Stat Q is referred to the situation that its not as it is as it was earlier.
Any comments plz..

immigration visa has nothing to do with other country visa either refused or not refused. file to put away mean your file is in security screening and they kept the file in store for temporary time until the next BFd or due date. don't worry this is (Stat Q) not an issue

I got my GCMS note yesterday...i had deposited my PP n forms togthr in Sep but misunderstood the requirmnt of PCC, POF & RPRF and deposited thm seprately on 22 NOV for whch DD encashed on 29 Nov

Plz hlp me to decode my notes
in thr note no 4 thy stated : rcvd frm vfs pp, forms kit, file fwdd to ECU-RFV its updated on 23/09/2013

in Note 3 :file wth PP X 3 PA'ED (?? wht is PA'ED). Pending: RPRF X 2, Updated PCC its updated on 30/09/2013 (my bad luck thy mst b issung visa n due to my stupidity thy noticed)

in Note 2 : RPRF X 2 fee receipt and docs. handed over to Docs. Desk in Registry updated on 27/11/2013

in Note 1 : thy told about the standard reply thy ans by email for ask if thy recivd my pending docs updated on 04/12/2013

But in the notes nor thy hv updated my latest funds nor latest PCC.

according to my knowledge PA'ed means passed. And they received your pcc and its scanned copy has been saved.

Just check Incoming of your GCMS about status of documents . is it received or requested. As in my case fund proof is requested and every other documents has been received. Now ,going to send fund proof again without any request from CHC.
