Hi Everyone,

i just landed a couple of days ago in BC, everything went fine. But now im reading i was supposed to get some info pack at the airport, which i didnt. Is there anything important in that?
I already know i need to apply for my SIN, i need to get health insurance as im not covered for the first 3 mths, open a bank a/c...thats about it right (apart from the whole finding a job etc etc :)
Am i missing anything crucial here?

thanks

I never got one when I landed in Toronto en route for Vancouver either, I think it is just a lot of photocopied sheets telling you how to get a SIN card and things like that, I don't think it is that important.

Alan's right. There is not much else in the packet beyond what you already know. Congrats on landing and Welcome to Canada!
