I recently applied for our PR from Toronto but we are moving to Winnipeg (waiting for WP). I was wondering if someone has done a landing interview at Winnipeg? If yes, could you please tell me where?

You just change your address and inform new address to CIC via webform. CIC will notify what to do when your application is approved !!
