I've completed my Federal Skilled Worker process and planning to land in Canada from Niagara side in first week of November. I am working in US on EAD and have a valid AP. My visa on H1 is expired few years ago. After completing the landing procedure, I have to return back to US as I need time to get a job in Canada and move permanently there.
1. Can you please share your experience on return to US with an Advance Parole?
2. I have a valid H1 also. Can I use the Automatic Revalidation?
3. Any specific steps to to follow at POE? Should I be aware of any questions that may arise?
Any help is highly appreciated.
