Landing in Immigration Office in Edmonton

Hi Guys
Anyone has experience doing landing in Immigration Office in Edmonton. What number do you call to book an appointment? I tried to call the CIC Contact Centre no. but I can't get through. What option do you need to select?
Also how long does it take to get the appointment?
